Our communities welcome third-party health care and personal care providers, some with offices conveniently located within our senior living communities, this allows our residents to create a custom care plan with services similar to what you’d receive in an assisted living facility, but within a setting that empowers you to stay independent. 

Specifically, in Minnesota, we have an independent living community in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. This community serves the near by areas of: Minneapolis, St Paul, Woodbury, Blaine, Maplewood, Roseville, Oakdale, Fridley, and Shoreview.
